Wonderful as a main course but also good in salads, halibut is as delicious as it is healthy. Halibut is a very mild-tasting, lean fish with a fine-grained, dense, snow white meat. Due to its firmness, halibut is ideal for grilling and skewering as kabobs. Great in the broiler, or on the grill with your favorite marinade. Completely boneless, our halibut is processed and flash frozen at sea less than 4 hours after catch to preserve its buttery, mild taste then individually vacuum packed.
